The CLEARS Executive
Board is comprised of each elected Chapter President of California.
The Executive State President is elected among all members, with the
Past President continuing in a role of helping the transition between
Boards. Appointed positions include the Audit Chair, Legislative
Representative, California Police Recorder and the CLEARS.org web
site. |

This is the list of the Executive State
Board. The position responsibilities are described in the
organization's Bylaws and Document of Policy. Each member represents
their agency and holds a position of supervisory level or above. Their
volunteerism to the organization away from work provides a network of
fellow civilian colleagues (but not limited to) who are the decision
makers for the areas of records management.
