Each year, our membership applications are updated to reflect the current active year (January through December). Find your Chapter's application and download. All downloads are Word documents. If you notice a problem in the final printing, please write us and let us know. We look forward to all Records management and lead people becoming members of our organization. That's when true unity and change will come.

The 2008 Membership Application renewal period begins each October with a final deadline of January 31, 2008.

All agencies and their respective members are encouraged to double check with their City representatives to assure that applications and payments are received during this period.

By doing so, your name and agency information is immediately placed
in the CLEARS Statewide Membership Directory published each year.

Click on your chapter application on the right to download and print. Mail your application and annual dues to your chapter

membership chair listed at the bottom of the application.
