The CLEARS State Board issues a scholarship tuition each year to any
active member who has applied before the annual deadline. Each
application is reviewed carefully and is rewarded to the member who has
actively participated throughout the year. This includes attendance,
hosting chapter meetings, committee participation, Board position and
other criteria established by the State Committee reviewing the
applications. |
