From the farmlands and coast of Monterey County, north to the California/Oregon Border, the vineyards of Napa and Sonoma Counties, you will find the Northern Chapter of CLEARS.

We represent law enforcement agencies from a diverse area of California, but together we pursue the unified goals and objectives of CLEARS.

Providing networking capabilities to its members and associates, CLEARS’ mission is to develop to its maximum potential and to become a complete resource to its members.
