Border Chapter

The CLEARS Border Chapter is a regional division of the California Law Enforcement Association of Records Supervisors (CLEARS), serving law enforcement records professionals throughout the Southern California border region, including San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties.

The chapter is dedicated to advancing professionalism, standardization, and excellence in law enforcement records management. It provides a collaborative forum for Records Supervisors, Managers, and support personnel to share knowledge, address emerging challenges, and stay current on evolving legal mandates such as the California Public Records Act (CPRA), SB 1421, AB 748, CLETS/CJIS compliance, and other statutory requirements impacting criminal justice records.
