In Memory of 1986 State President Carol Mosconi

It is with a heavy heart that CLEARS reports the loss of our former State President from 1986, Carol Mosconi.

According to her sister, Carol lost her battle with cancer on 01/01/2024. Carol was known for touching so many lives over the years and making innumerable friends. She spent the last six years enjoying the home she built in Georgetown, California.

Carol’s sister went on to say that Carol asked that there be no funeral services.
