Welcome to CLEARS Southern Chapter
CLEARS Southern Chapter is part of a statewide organization dedicated to the objectives of the management of law enforcement records and personnel. Our members represent Records Managers, Support Service Managers, and Criminal Justice Managers working in law enforcement or criminal justice agencies across Southern California.
CLEARS Southern Chapter recognizes that continuing, timely education for our members is vital to maintain professionalism, in order to achieve and sustain high standards of performance. We engage in discussions on key topics such as the California Public Records Act, technical aspects of records management, and specialized training in CLETS. This forum provides a unique opportunity for law enforcement records professionals in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties to come together and share valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of law enforcement and criminal justice.
As the second largest chapter in the CLEARS organization, our chapter is proud to be a hub for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Our chapter is dedicated to offering the best in networking, training, experience, and professional development. Since our inception in 1981, we have consistently had active members who have played a crucial role in steering our chapter and the CLEARS organization toward excellence.
CLEARS Southern Chapter meets the second Wednesday of every even month. Don’t miss out on this chance to connect with your peers, stay informed about the latest updates in our field, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue of changes and advancements. Your active participation is not only welcomed but vital to the success of our community.
