Lifetime Memberships are available at both the State and Chapter Level. Honorary Lifetime Membership is an esteemed recognition within the California Law Enforcement Association of Records Supervisors, Inc. (CLEARS), reserved for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service at the Executive Board level. This honorary status is bestowed upon those who have gone above and beyond, making enduring contributions to the organization. There is no cost for lifetime memberships, but State or Chapter Board approval is required.
